Daniel Sterbuleac, Ph.D., is an author, economist, and former researcher. He earned a PhD in Computational Biology in 2020 and a Bachelor of Economics in International Economics in 2016.
Dr. Sterbuleac began his academic career as a tenured lecturer in 2020, delivering lectures to classes of up to 100 students. In 2022, he left this role to switch to a lifelong passion for business and entrepreneurship—driven by fascination with how entrepreneurial processes and private companies create progress, transform markets, and generate value through creative discovery and innovation.
He is also an emerging marketer, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities and challenges, and a strong interest in helping organizations grow and produce client wins. Through his Newsletter, Daniel delivers curated and actionable marketing insights, inspiring entrepreneurs in their next bold move.
His scientific work, published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals, explored novel therapeutic approaches in cancer treatment, the structural biology of ion channels, and bio-molecular computer simulations.
He contributed to developing a compelling hypothesis showing an existing antiarrhythmic drug’s potential as a promising lead for targeting cancer mechanisms. Notably, his single-authored comprehensive review, completed during his PhD, stands out as a landmark publication and has been cited in top journals, including Nature.
His contributions to the field of economics have been published on leading platforms such as the Mises Institute and the Foundation for Economic Education.
He is open to collaborations, consulting on marketing strategy (including hands-on digital and creative marketing), and editorial opportunities.
